Apparntly you can do it by getting 1000 of each Accolade, but i dont no if its true, cuz i aint done it. But i heard about it somehwere on here.

i think it has been proven that it is not true, anyways you should post your ideas and theories in that huge thread which is all about theories on how to unlock spinning skull emblem. or you could read through it and see if it has been proven wrong
