I could really use some help with aiming. It seems like every time I get a 1vs1 on team death match I get my ass handed to me. So I have a few specific questions and any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) How much does the speed of the internet connection have to do with who kills who in a 1vs1
2) Are these players using a mod or hack?
3) Are there any guides on aiming and sensitivity (Not mods or Hacks) but legit ways on improving aiming.

Thanks in advance for the help. If I could get my odds to a 50/50 shot in a 1vs1 I would be delighted.

the host always has the advantage...and about ur aiming just practice lol...

just asking but what is your sensitivity lvl? increase it by 1 and play for a few days and see if u would improve. im up to 6 and ive reached and i know that is my comfort zone.

theres something called "Kontrol Freeks". It is an attachment to put on your analog sticks, which highers the analogs, simulating a larger diameter for your sticks to move. This is said to enhance your aiming. I used them but didnt like them much, but there are a significant amount of people who beg to differ. They are said to be very effetive on a higher sensitivity. And they are very affordable at i believe 5-10 bucks. I think there site is kontrolfreeks.com .. if not just google it

Thats a great tip for sensitivity, mine is on 1 or 2. I'm off the next three days I think I will give your suggestion some serious game time.

yeah hes right, im at 7 or 8 and thats what i like. But it shouldnt be what other people are comfortable with but whatever your comfortable with. but i have to say you should at least play on a 5 just because you can find and aim at the target quicker allowing you to shoot and kill him quicker and hopefully win you some games =]

How is the host of an open game ie Team Death Match determined?

Yeah I'd definitely get off of sensitivity 1 or 2. I was there for my first prestige, and now I'm up to 7. I tried to put 2 on for one game last week and boy I felt like I was under the effects of a stun grenade the entire game lol.

You could try Slight of Hand Pro...Since it helps you aim quicker otherwise practice. What gun(s) are you using?

Right now I'm using the FAMAS and the SCAR-H, I'm only lvl 20. Before I reset back to lvl 1 I used the ACR and FAMAS. I also use the Vector and UMP45 but lacking my favorite addon the noobtube I tend to stay away from them alot of the time. My backup is almost always a shotgun.
I use Slight of Hand Pro but the outcome is still the same. I have these guys lined up perfect get 3 or 4 rounds off and they kill me. Many of them were not even looking in my direction. Thats the reason I asked about internet connection speed. I figured what I'm seeing is not what is happening in real time.

no its just that that person has a faster reaction time then you and is probably playing on a way higher sensitivity.....

i use to play on 5 at the start untill one day i said Fuk it and went straight to (insane) 10..

i do everything on 10 sensitivity.... i rush and quickscope with it
