Not Possible To Get Caught Because You Are Bypassing.

Not possible, they can't do anything unless you put your self on the leaderboard! Since you just glitch the prestige to look like you are 10th, the game actually thinks you are the prestige you where before the hack

True NO WAY being caught i did it to 400+ ppl and they are all happy with it and none got banned
