It was about how nobody can figure out how to get it legit. So, me and a few friends on PSN last night were talking about how when the game came out, we saw people with it within the first or second day. Back when prestige hacks gave you all titles and emblems. So my thinking is that did you ever think the ONLY way to get it is by hacking because IW saw people with it from prestige hacks, and therefore "locked" it making it impossible to get without hacking?

i highly doubt this, otherwise they will have removed it out of the game

Enough with the theories already. So far, they've all been proven wrong.

people always, always always say that they saw people having it at the start of the game but never actually had any proof.

One way people had it was from doing the leaderboard hack but since you didn't need to bypass patches back then, the game you played to be able to stick to the leaderboards people saw you with it if you had it on lol.

Okay, The string that actully unlocks the 10th prestige spinning emblem leads to literally no where, so basically theres no way to unlock it legit, NO WAY LEGIT!, i tried everything, nd the accolades thingy dont work either, dont try that.
