It's all guesswork for my timing here, but I'll give it a go.
Time to kill one person = 1 second
Killcam time = 7 seconds (?)
Kill five people:
5 x 1 = 5 seconds
Five people respawn:
5 x 7 = 35 seconds
Total process time for five kills = 40 seconds
1337 / 5 = 267.4
40 x 267.4 = 10696 seconds
(10696 / 60) / 60 = 2.97 hours
-BUT-
If everyone dying presses square to respawn, we'll replace the 35 seconds with 1 second, which gives the following outcome:
Kill five people:
5 x 1 = 5 seconds
Five people respawn:
5 x 1 = 5 seconds
Total process time for five kills = 10 seconds
1337 / 5 = 267.4
10 x 267.4 = 2674 seconds
(2674 / 60) / 60 = 44.56 minutes
If everyone was to be fast paced, such as 0.5 seconds to kill someone, and 0.5 seconds to respawn, I'm sure we could halve the time of 44.56 minutes to 22.28 minutes.
This would mean that the whole match would last a total of 3.7 hours, or 4 hours if we are allowing some time for errors.
I'm not experienced in the practice of demolition boosting, but I know a lot about the theory, so this time is just all maths and my estimations.
Realistically, people won't want to sit at their PS3 for 1.85 hours pressing square repeatedly and this is why I included the first time of 2.97 hours for each person to reach 1337 kills.
Not included in these timings is the time it takes to get all of the spawns locked (allow around 1 minute?), the time to reload guns and the time it will take for people to switch accounts.
Maybe if this happened on two or more separate occasions it would be easier.
The timing I've estimated is a bit shocking to myself, so I would hope someone who has done this before could give some insight to this and their estimations.
