1-Join Free-For-All
2-Make sure you are host. (If not, backout and try again)
3- Wait 5-10 seconds and lag the game making every one get kick.
4- Lock Lobby
5- Invite Friend

Some times is matter of 20 headshosts. So you proably really don't want to wait for 8 or 7 more people that would like to boost to come. Instead you can do with only one player.
