My first question of two: Is the patch blocker written in Visual Basic? I believe it is, but I may be wrong. Simple question, right?

My last question: Is the source code available anywhere? If so, where at? Ok, two questions in one, so what.

Alright I lied, I have one final question. Is anyone here good with Visual Basic? I could possibly use some help, even if the patch blockers source code isn't available. I have a slight idea in mind.
