I have found the best settings to where you can make them lag for the longest amount of time so you can run to their spawn and rape them. this is how to do the lagging its done in NET TOOLS 5
all you do is go into the start menu, then into network tools, go down to UDP FLOODER
-top box type 27.27.27.27
-second box it says data, copy data into that box about 100 times
-then put the speed up to ten/maximum
-when host click start to make it lag, dont make it lag for longer than 10-15 seconds or it will lag out, click stop to stop the lag
