When I click START, I get a message saying it has a problem and needs to close.

I have really no other information.

wrong section, but i will answer it, i had the same problem and to fix it i used my bros computer, so if u have another computer try it on there. +rep if helped

I just formated my PC and downloaded .NET Framework 3.5 again and then it worked...
