You can skip the first 2 jumps (Bin to that box thing, then from there to the other box thing) if you go into the building there and knife the window and walk out to the ledge.

No! Most of the credit doesn't go to PcJ. This was found by iM_DoMCeex (me) iG x Matty ii & Jinearls. Mostly the iG team, TheInfamousGamers. They were the founders and the first to upload. I showed PcJ the spot after iG uploaded, then PcJ went and recorded. Give credit to the real finder!
