People have started to look for many different tutorials, this could include booting through a modified OS or simply by using hex edits.I was just looking around and I found something for "Unreal Tournament", (not saying it will work) it was a mod tool which allowed you to edit the data and then load it back on when on the game.

Yeah this is for the game "Unreal Tournament" but notice it mentions loading whilst in the game, as you can do on MW2 split screen? Also some other guy made a thread announcing this patch tool for ps3 that had been removed.. Also look at the select installation from pc.. Hmm, Unkn0wn has PC version of MW2?

So I was just thinking maybe, someone could use the similar exploit for ps3.

I'm not saying this will work or it does, but some people say "Its easier than the prestige hack" and this seems that it could do something..

Also I remember Unkn0wn saying he had a program that made it easier (to change codes etc) Similar to a program provided on the below website?

Think about this for a sec. If we could mod mw2's files and patches to allow that mod tool from unreal tournament to run the files we may be able to mod mw2 and then mod a patch to allow us to run the mods. i honestly dont kno shit about modding online games. lol. i'm just talking from what i read. not to mention my unreal tournament is the pc 2000 goty edition sooo im a little outdated on that 1.

sorry for the double post but i just thought of a couple things. first of all. this is probably bs and cant be done but what if we could hook the ps3 system up to a pc via ethernet. and trick the ps3 into thinking the pc was a ps3. and using the transfer file method on the ps3 to move all of the files onto the pc? like i said prob bs and cant be done but it just poped into my head. 2nd. we can down load the ps3 firmwire from the ps website right? is there a way we can mod the firmwire to help mod mw2?
