Ok First go to a team match,next ur friend have's to throw you a throwing knife,now if anyone sees u on third person he sees u really rare
If dont believe go to private match third person and test it

I already knew this since early '10.. Never felt like posting.
Guys here's a simplified tutorial:
1.) Go into any game.
2.) Enable 3rd person or if you don't want to, have a spectator to 3rd person spectate you.
3.) Get a riot shield & have someone throw a knife on your shield.
4.) You will either see yourself not being able to turn (only camera, but others see you as normal), or you will look really funny & weird.

Okay I will translate this for you guys.
I personally do not understand what this does but that is what I made out of it.
