powerful guns that can be used without stopping power like ump45/tar-21/scar-h/ak47/light machine guns/desert eagle/magnum 44

if you are able to take off stopping power and put on cold blooded then i assume you are going for more of a ghost role and the guns you are using are powerful so i would say silencer on the assault rifles, and grip on the light machine guns except mg4, and maybe aug. on the handguns you want either akimbo or fmj as that is all you get to choose from

UMP, Marathon Cooldblooded Ninja with akimbo deagles/magnums. Thats my snd ninjs rush class.
My other coldblooded class is the Tar-21 with silencer and coldblooded, I use scavenger or marathon on that one. UMP and Tar have shear power which is why you can combine Cold Blooded and silencers with them.

High Damage, High fire rate guns like the TAR-21 and AK-47 are barely effected by stopping power, you probably won't realise you're not using it. Just don't silence them.

Also the UMP45 does not need Stopping Power ever.

To be honest, MP5K is a awesome weapon with any perks, its high fire rate makes it insanely powerful and good for taking down groups of people, only takes a short burst to kill someone!

Anything, the guns are so powerful in this game anything can be used without stopping power. Just try to avoid straight up gun fights.

Use it withthe ump45 cuz itz not affected by silencer or stopping power.

My #1 choice:
UMP45 Silenced or the SCAR-H

or you could use Tar/AK
