OB Tips:
Karachi: Sandbags at bottom of stairs by clock-tower.
Underpass: In the sewer line, go towards the side of the map where the elevator used to be. Run up the ramp that leads into a wall/fence and you will go sky high.
Derail: Honestly, you can get out of this map simply by sprinting in a circle.
Highrise: This one is easy, go out to where the crane thing is, get on the side of it, and sprint up the railing. Probably the easiest one imo.
Favela: Run up any stairscase/ramp and you'll go high enough.
Skidrow: Run up stairs/ramp.
MORE TO BE ADDED AS I REMEMBER!

Sleight of Hand: Instant Reload, Zoom in Real Quick.
Steady Aim: Perfect Aiming.
