To get a tactical nuke your gona need a good gun Scar ACR Ak47 etc.

Simple Way:
Kill Streaks
7 harrier strike
11 Chopper/AC130
25 Nuke
Camp it out until you get 5-7 get your Harrier and then let it do the work until you get your Chopper /AC130. From your Chopper/AC130 you should be able to get a Nuke.

Difficult Way:
7 Harrier Strike
9 Pavelow( in order for Pavelow kills to count must get 1 additional kill by your self!
25 Nuke
Camp it out until you get 5-7 kills for Harrier strike and le tit get you a Pavelow and form Pavelow you should be able to get a Nuke

Tips:

* Semi Camp( move around in a small location)
* Call in your chopper only when you now the enemy has no Harriers
* Chopper or Ac130? It depends on the map but Ac130 is always safer
* Use Marathon to rush into enemy bases to get quick kills
* Use Perks Such as Marathon Coldblooded and Ninja

Not flaming man, but that's what everyone already does, everyone uses that set up for a nuke.

I thought these tactics were known by the first 2 months the game was released.

Good job! You just outlined something that people have been doing since the first month after the game was released!
