I have a GB (need to find it and dust it off), and my KDR isn't what I'd like it to be. (Old account went - [Negative] in XP so I switched over to my back up account [boosting] which had a horrible KDR.)

My KDR is 1.12-1.15.

MY communication skills make up for my lack of KDR, as well as my leadership skills.
