There is no link to the speed hack u will have to get it by getting infected by someone. If u go to the Exploits and Hacking forum there is a thread where ppl are giving the speed hack to ppl for free

Is there a way where I can just save it to a USB or something? Kind of new to this stuff as you can tell, LOL.

The only way to keep it is to nvr play online/go to main menu/or turn off ur ps3, but u will nvr have to worry about ppl not hosting the speed infection because like every1 has it lol
