I wondered if ther is still a way to hack the offline accounts to get everything unlocked.
The previous way was to edit the MP_DATA file filling the 00 by 46 but it doesn't work anymore, it has been patched...

You still can. I just use the leaderboard tool.

I use MW2 PS3 class editor 3.4, I find it loads up quicker on the PC than the leader board tool.
