Instructions:
1. Open MW2 as usual
2. Go to the main screen
3. Open the app
4. Input the Address (E.G 01B2C89C for XP)
5. Input the Value (E.G 0)
6. Press update, and voila, your lvl 1 again!
7. To save your changes, join a ranked match then leave, and quit. When you restart you should be the same

Here are some example Addresses:

01B2C89C - Experience
0x01B2C8AC - Score
01B2C8A4 - Prestige
01B2C8B0 - Kills
01B2C8B4 - Killstreak

Yes you can get to prestige 11 with this
BTW: You must have the "&H" in there as well
