Edit: I can't remember whether the *.infinityward.com ones are WaW or mw2, I was playing around with them both at the same time.

Sure, I used Simple DNS Plus. Set it as the DNS server then you can go through the logs, parse the addresses then create your own redirects for them

you could try connecting to the PC server, and maybe lobbies, just a thought

Sony pays demonware.com to host servers.... It goes threw demonware to the server but, to the game is a different address.
