No sorry. It only gave me +1 since your rep power is so low. So I was 8 off and then someone gave me +33 to get me to it.

So my Rep determines how much rep i give to people?

Yeah, the higher your rep, the more rep power you have, so the more rep you give to someone.

A thanks or nomination always gives 5 rep no matter who gives it.

Also if you -rep someone, it takes away half of what your rep power is.
