Close:
If you are looking for an upclose gun this is your gun. You can aim down the sight or hipfire with steady aim and akimbo p90 is very good. You do not need stopping power this close because high rate of fire so try using lightweight or cold blooded. Recoil is upwards so that is good. Try only hipfire even at long distances it seriously works.
Two good classes for up close.

Stinger
C4 Stuns
Sleight of Hand
Cold Blooded
Ninja or steady aim.
P90 Rush
P90- red dot or FMJ or extended mags or even akimbo
M93 raffica akimbo
Semtex Stuns

Lightweight or stopping power
Steady Aim
Mid and long- fire in bursts make them long bursts every bullet counts. I recommend using a red dot to help precision and control recoil.
One good class for mid and long
P90 Precision.
P90 red dot or holo. Not acog or thermal.
Claymore Smoke ( to try and duck behind cover )

Steady aim
