Actually, these are only the service manuals that the big ps3 devs have had for a long time. Users could of had these ages ago and chances are, it wouldn't of made a slight bit of difference apart from lots more noobs asking stupid questions

ITs on the IC2001 Chip, JTAG TCK / TDO / TMS / TDI all LABELed correctly on the schematic.
The x gnd VREF RST VIN-5V and GND can be be found:
x I think is not used or not connected
VREF there is a voltage reference signal like 3 or 4 need to fins RS_VREF or something like that.
RESET is most likely the /reset
VIN-5V can be fed from any of the 5 VDC lines.
GNDS there ae a ton of them.

I didn't look at the schematics themselves, and most of what you said went way over my head, but are you sure it's not the JTAG for the BD drive? Because if it is, testing with that led to nowhere.

No this is an input bus to the main chips on the motherboard.
I have found several places each of the signals can be connected and documents on how the signals are suppose to be trigger. So I will build this in the Morning. I am going to try to convert it to USB JTAG.
