Hey guys

I'm going to give you a guide, and some cool facts about the ACR.
When you reach level 48 on multiplayer, you will get a notification saying that you are now a Lieutenant Colonel 3, bla, bla, bla. Then right after, it will tell you that you have unlocked the ACR Assault Rifle.
ACR stands for Adaptive Combat Rifle. It is called this, because, in real life, you can adapt it and make changes in Caliber, Barrel Length, and Stock in minutes. It is made by Bushmaster and runs for about $2,700. (If anyone is interested in that type of thing)
Okay, enough of that, back to Mw2. The ACR is an Assault rifle with the accuracy of a sniper, fire rate of an SMG, and power of a G18. You will probably of used it before, because it's a widely used gun, and finding it on the ground shouldn't be hard. Or you have played campaign mode, and used it. It appears in "The Pit," Cliffhanger, Takedown, Loose Ends, and Just Like Old Times.
In my opinion, the ACR has very few flaws. The only flaws that I think it has are: The ironsights, and the low damage. Make sure you use stopping power, because it deals 30-20 damage per shot, so with Stopping Power, it will be a 3 hit kill at close. Thus being said, it is actually pretty effective at close range because of the 750 RPM fire rate. I would also recommend a Red Dot sight, because the ironsights are pretty blurry around the edges.
The recoil on the ACR resets before the next shot, so every shot will go
exactly where you point it, no other assault rifle can do this. Therefore, you can accurately use full auto fire at long range.
Here comes some fun facts :mudkip:
-There is a special all black ACR in Just Like Old Times, with 3 attachments. (Red Dot, Silencer, Heartbeat)
-It was voted the favorite assault rifle in an IW poll.
It has a great reload cancel.
-It is the most current assault rifle in Mw2, being designed in 2006.
-It is rumored that it might replace the M4.
-It can fire the 5.56 or the 6.8 round. (5.56 in Mw2)
-It's lighter than the M16A4, Scar-L, and Scar-H.
Now, I'll accept any Thanks, Questions, Comments, or Criticism. Go use your ACR's boys!
