No. It means You have a pretty poor connection and you can't connect to the servers. Im playing right now & my friends too !!so do some research before flaming.

Well I was using a bad phone line port in our house (we have 2) and I get shockingly bad ping/download speed/upload speed through it. Every 10 minutes or so I'd get that error if I use that line port.

When I swapped back to my "master" port (get 48ms ping, 14mbps download) on that, I never get that error, at all.

It is solely due to not being able to connect properly to their servers and/or losing connection.

Approach it with a positive attitude and you might just improve yourself from standard rep, to more.

Maybe you're router just reset it's self or something like that, to where you couldn't transfer data to activision's servers. Are you wired or wireless?
