Not really as nobody is clever enough to understand them or make one here. If they were useful they would have brought something out by now as most known hackers have had them for a year now and they got leaked

Speak for yourself, I am a seasoned electronics technician, those PDFs make prefect SENSE to me, I have found the MAIN Jtag ports. and I have a USB JTAG from digilentinc.com connected to my PS3 and I am currently writing some new VBscripts to control dataflow to the PS3. Once I get full control and figure out how to make the data stick to online I will post JTAG videos.
