Of course it's fixed, it's a tutorial to show how to get easy kills right at the start and when the enemy goes to recapture the flag :p as for them coming around and killing you... try claymores or some other explosive.
I hate getting spawn tubed but this not only tells people how to do it, it shows where the noob tubers are
