So far i don't know how many guns this works with but, i know...
it works well with SPAS-12 (Favorite) And Intervention.

There's too ways i see fit of doing this awesomeness.

i know this seems lame for TuT. but its all you really need..

And doing it with SPAS-12. its fun.

Some people can really do it well with a Sniper.

the KEY is the R1&R2 same time. along with you hitting L1 with those two.

I figured this out with my intervention, didnt know it worked with spas, btw its not silenced it only sounds silent in killcam

You don't need to hold L1, just press R1 and R2 at the same time :p

I found out it works with the Deagle.

If you press R2 + R1 or RT + RB at the same time it won't work right. You have to shoot then take out the throwing knife as quickly as possible

So whats the point ??? does it auto-aim or something ??

There is no point, its literally useless to actual gameplay. Its just like something to show off in a killcam, like a 360.
However the OP described it completely wrong, Travis is correct :y:
From the sounds of it, it probably works with any high recoil single shot wep, just needs to be tested out.

no it just looks like you shot the guy but you actually hit them with your throwing knife...

and it looks pretty dam awesome but not as good as the predator laptop hit god how i love that

You can do it with anygun that recoils enough. Deagle, SPAS, Intervention, Barrett, .44 magnum are my favourites .

Works with any semi auto.
