Again, i know this is OLD but it STILL works so i am posting this for newer NGU members who may have missed it, so NO FLAME PLZ!
First thing you need to do is set your Sensitivity Level to 10 -INSANE in MW2. then read the rest of this guide to set your sensitivity to 12!

Instructions:
❶. Goto Dashboard

❷. Go to your Profile
❸. Go to Game Defaults
❹. Go to General
❺. Go down to Controller Sensitivity
❻. Put it on HIGH
❼. Your Done!! You now got sensititity 12 if you put it on 10 in MW2 making Quick-Scoping ever Faster!
