(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK, this is the official recruitment thread for Fizzikz, a PS3 only clan, MW2 and CoD 4 clan, which will be moving to Black Ops when it comes out on release, until i can find someone willing to start us on Xbox. Fizzikz is a clan that is very "military-like" and its easy to get in! All you need is a K/D ratio over 1.00 but we will get more on that stuff later. First we will talk about structure.[multipage=Fizzikz Structure] Fizzikz structure is very "military-like".
What Do You Mean?

We run off at Divisions, 200 members can fit into 1 division before a new division is made. the division is split into 2 Battalions, made up of up to 100 members. The battalions then split into 2 Companys of with up to 50 members each. Those companys split into 2 Platoons which can have 25 members at most. those 25 members split into 4 squads of 6, with one holding 7. I know you may be saying, well there holding alot of members, this isnt my clan. The thing is, when we get members who join, regardless of there skill will be put into a random Squad. If they feel that they dont belong there, and they re too good, they can request a Squad change by asking one of the clans superiors (more on that later). And we will also have a GB team of 6 players who are the best in the clan. The 6 best go to this clan, and fight for the Squad leader. The best in the clan can lead this Squad unless the other leaders and members feel you cannot lead properly. If you do not get selected to this group, you may talk to your Squad leader about doing GBs for their Squad.[multipage=Squads] Squads must be seen as your family, the family you wake up to every morning, to see you mother or father, or brother or sister. your Squad is that family. Outside that you get a platoon, which if your family as well, but these are more relatives like uncles and aunts and cousins. You should know these 25 members like your family. The rest of the clan can be known at your will. Your Squad is who you will play most your games from, if you dont like your Squad, like i said you can request a new one. The Sergeant is your superior, his commands come first, so if he says you will not be doing GBs, and you dont like this, you can request a new Squad. If he invites you and says its extremely urgent, you go.[multipage=Positions] When you first join you will be a Private. You are a nobody in the clan, BUT, you can change this, activity and showing major skill and teamwork abilities while playing, could get you promoted. this works through all stages of the system. After promotion from Private, the order comes as follows: Private First Class: Corporal (the Squad Co-Leader) hitting this spot is harder because is has to be open, unless a new Squad opens and we need a Corporal: Sergeant (Leads the Squads): Master Sergeant (second in command of a platoon): Sergeant Major (leads a Platoon): Lieutenant (second in command of Company): Captain (leads Company): Major (second in command of Battalion): Colonel (Leads Battalion): General (second in command of Division): Commander (leads Division). Anything higher than Sergeants do NOT have a Squad, meaning that if a Squad doesnt feel like playing with any superiors, they dont have to play with them. Superiors are a choice to have, we will not force you promotion higher than Sergeant, but any Superiors will be allowed to lead and play in the clan GB team. As a superior, you get a seat in the council, which means any big decisions, goes to you guys as well, and takes your opinion on it. You also get to lead more members, which is more work, Division leaders must make sure there entire division is fine at all times, that could be more than 200 members adding all the superiors not in a squad. If there are any problems, it is your responsibility to fix it, and so forth down the line.[multipage=Requirements] In this clan, we all expect certain rules to be maintained. Rules are below:

1. Do not become inactive for more than 1 week. you are part of a clan, you must stay active, if you pass a week, without giving us a warning you will be inactive you are kicked.

2. do NOT insult other members, especially superiors. the superiors work hard to maintain the clans decency, and the other members try their best to do good, so if they arent as good as you and you make fun of them for it, you WILL be kicked, no questions asked.

3. do NOT maintain inner-clan relations with other clans this means this is your 1 and ONLY clan. if caught in another clan you are kicked.

These are the only 3 rules, so now to requirements!!!

post below if interested, we are looking to fill up as i am currently the only member. the 1st member to join will get Sergeant, and once able to move past 1 squad, the 1st member will gain the next title, until we have an entire company full.
