The reason that the spas is "over powered" is due to the tweak to the models. If you block the patch and do the same test, you will find that the models were clearly more powerful. Here's why they became over powered. People started to abuse their power and then started to complain. So they tweaked them. This tweaking completely screwed up their entire balance system which they had worked on from the very beginning. So if you don't want to mess it up even more, stop complaining.
