They are two objects merged inside of each other but, the game doesn't know which object to show. Personally they bother me a lot, they can be found on many places big or small. ( usually small ) A few examples would be the train wheels on derail look at them from under the train. Another one is two shootable boxes on Highrise resting on a table close to the spawn. If you pay as much attention to them as I do they are very annoying. So does anybody else get bothered by them?
