I was just encouraged to make this thread after playing another few hours on MW2 and getting SCREAMED at because i hardscoped in a SND killcam. I know theres probably a few of you that do the same exact thing. I can quickscope, its just im not going to do it when its unnecessary i.e.the guy isn't even shooting at me or see's me for that matter.

Now to the point. Many of you know who zzirGrizz is. Famous sniper/quickscoper. Posts montages on youtube with quickscopes and quad collaterals and 720 throwing knives. He and a group of other montage makers have corrupted MW2 players (mostly the ones who haven't even dropped their balls yet) into thinking that all all snipers are supposed to quickscope, which is bullshit. So i wanted to post this video. Heres zzirgrizz when hes not trying to make a montage and doesn't need cool clips for his videos.
p.s. Dont post comments that say "zzirgrizz sucks i can beat him in a 1v1 any day." i dont care.

Personally, Quickscoping's just a fun way to pass time or have fun. I don't care if I get sniped by someone who's looking down there scope for more than a second, and I don't care if I get quickscoped. Personally, I like to watch some quickscope killcams just for the entertainment, just like why some people watch montages. Just as well as I think it's cool when I see someone quickscoping in a S& match. But, why should we care what they think? If they're a "squeaker" I'll have them muted anyways, so I can't here them complain about my snipe.

I hardscope and I quickscope. There will be the times where you just have to react, shoulder the gun and fire quickly, or you'll die. I don't go into a match thinking that I'm going to only hardscope or only quickscope. When they're on the other side of the map, in motion, and are more than 50 feet from me, that's where I'll hold the breathe and get the kill. Oh, and if they're really close, I'll have the Deagle Tac Knife with commando.

People yell at you like because they can't do shit like sniping IRL. It's meant to be a realistic game but shit like quick/no scoping makes it completely fake. Go play BF you intervention fags.

i liked hardscoping for gwks so i can here 7 year olds screaming through their mics

yeah a fun thing to do for GWK is to have a Barrett .50 cal and find the last person sneak up behind him and zoom in and out a couple times on him like you are preparing for a quickscope or something then just sprinnt up and steady aim on his head for like 5 seconds then rapid fire as much as you can. Then in the killcam yell "QUICKSCOPE! QUICKSCOPE! like your another 7 year old kid and its hilarious hearing their reactions.

The scope should be used the way it was made to.

Go into Sniper lobby hardscope for GWK.
