If IW brings out a new patch, isnt it possible just to bypass that patch (So dont delete the 1.11 patch, only bypass) And keep hosting lobbies?
Or can they patch that?

It will still work if you use anon I believe, just don't delete you're patch and just host lobbies on bypass. People will still be able to get infections & challenges but you can no longer play online mw2.

Its really your call.
