people have used this device on 3.41 to edit their mw2 patches and then update to play online with them. but on 3.42 the usb part of the jailbreak is disabled so u cannot change any scripts etc once updated.

its not the best way but its better for people who only really care about mw2 lobbies and dont need to change scripts. i.e challenge lobbies, godlymodz patch etc.
