I've seen some videos on youtube guys doing dropshots on MW2!
And I wanted to now if someone now how to do that.
If so please tell me. I Play in Ps3 btw.

As peeps have already said, just stick the Tactical Layout on, you'll get the hang of it, meanwhile enemies will be getting a hang of your neck because drop shotters are so God damn annoying.

while they're there shooting you quickly hold circle then you will be prone then press r1 to shoot.
