Yes when you have promod and your so far zoomed out you see that as its actually part of the m9's texture.

it has nothing to do with the CL. if u put your sensitivity to 7 and spin left when you are holding m9 akimbo than you will see the knife. it shows he full knife here because promod is on. its just one of the many bugs in mw2
