If you want to make modded lobby, you have to had 2 ps3. one in 3.41 and the others in 3.42

Not yet, but a PSJailbreak update may be released soon. Alternatively, someone may upload their backup data with the modded MW2 patch which others may be able to restore to their own HDD.

The Update Is In NAND So Theres No Possible Way Of Doing So.
