Dont know if anyone remembers this, but This Helps unlock challenges for more than just the pistols while still getting the bonus points for being in last stand.
You simply hold the smoke canister for your care package or sentry gun and have perk three be last stand.
Its useless in multiplayer unless you like to run around with smoke canisters in your hand, maybe those players that like to run-n-gun might find some use for it or you could just end ur last stand with an RPG = NO ESCAPE
