Hmm. Did you take your proxy server off as well? Set it to do not use after you complete the hack.

Yeah thats the problem, if i go online with the proxy server i start off at 100 ping, which means crazy lag, But once i take it off im back at my original level :cry:

Alright once you do the prestige hack, you go into a ranked match and leave. Then back out of MW2 completely. Remove the proxy server and the patchblocker and restart mw2 and you will be able to play normally.

Don't take the proxy server off while your playing on bypassed. I think that is what is screwing you up.
