ok this is simple. in the reg quarantine zombies there is perks you can buy and there is hidden flags that telaport you to hidden areas with carepackages to support your survival. the patch i have was released in premium by elitemossy. well it doesnt work right. no perks no flags no carepackages and it says elitemossy but everything else works. soooo wtf......

Well my patch works. it has flags in Terminal and carepackages in both terminal, afgan and rust

Ohh BTW elitemossy codes his patches wierd... I use my own version of Zombies V2....
