Restoring you ps3 wont let you install firmware 3.41 after it

ummm... yeah it will? restoring your ps3 makes it have the default settings, then i can install the 3.41 patch, via media device.

Nop,only restores all the hdd settings,but firmware is on the nand

no, restoring it, makes it go too its original settings.

The NAND is flash memory which can't be accessed by normal means. It keeps the firmware on it, not the HDD. The restore function only restores the HDD.
