No once you update the ps3 you jailbroke you are stuck with that certain patch.
The only other way you can edit the patch is by keeping one ps3 on 3.41 and data transfering it over to a different ps3 on 3.50.

i no i sound retarded but anyway, so if u patch it 4 challenge lobys u can do challenge lobys every time u go on play station, im just wunderin , i got 2 ps3s, n i might get a jail break if its worth it

You can do challenge lobbies whenever if you are using the ps3 that you have put the patch on and updated.
You can only use the mod if you are host though. If you are not host, you cannot use the mod, as it doesn't work.
