It doesn't matter where the patch is from, they'll work with all games regardless of country.
I used Mossy's patch and I finally got my Challenge Lobby working, don't use the USB method, it causes too many problems, use the FTP way.

Also yeh it's in wrong section, you should have posted in the Questions section.
