I would have to say for best strategical perk its OMA. The ability to switch from stopping power, for all all around killing power, cold blooded, going secret agent man, hardline, make sure them you get them kill streaks, danger close, for massive increase of kill streak damage and yes occasionally the noobtubage.

Now the best perk for just raw killing is sleight of hand. The aim down the sigh and quick reloading is a huge advantage in firefights and really benefits my rushing play style.

As for the worst perk scrambler, all it does is tell your enemy your coming from a mile away.

And for the most OP annoying ass perk. You guessed it: COMMANDO

Best blue perk: Marathon
Best red perk: Stopping Power
Best green perk: Sitrep.

Worst blue perk: One man Army
Worst red perk: Dange Close
Worst yellow perk: Commando

Best Overall: Stopping Power
Worst Overall: Danger Close.

scrambler pro is just shocking.

if used the way it was meant to oma is actually a really good perk man

OMA is a good perk if used properly

i like marathon for climb fast but doenst like commando to huge knive support

Its alot of great perks.

But all time worse is commando, Like serious? all you noobs do in TD and other games is run around with lightweight pro and just stab people with UMPS and MP5s
