The perk that has the most advantages is commando, the one that gives you the most disadvantages would be scrambler.

I think they should scrap them all and have SOH, stopping power and stead aim only. Then everyones happy.

I'm not saying Commando is my favorite, it's just the best perk to help you out in tight situations, like being shot at on a building and falling down to get away. Or being rushed on with a UMP and lunging forward to put that little kid in his place. Ya know?
