i have a package someone gave me but when i try to install package on ps3 it gives me error...

If you're on 3.41 and you're looking for an unmodded Patch you don't have to update, from what I've been told, if you mean a modded pkg, those usually won't work, just use the ftp method, and if you're on 3.50 and want a modded pkg it's impossible even if it was modded correctly, hope I helped.

No i have a Jailbroken ps3 on 3.41 all i need is the BLUS30377 version of mw2 1.11 Game data pkg to install... The 3.41 ps3 disc drive is broken so i need the game data put on my ps3 with Ftp or w.e

Ok, I can't use the PS3 right now cuz my bro has it, but when I get on I'll try to get the PSN download link, then u can download it on ur PC and use the install packages function, I probably can't get on till tomorrow afternoon tho, I'm not supposed to be on the computer anyways. (Supposed to be grounded, Fk that)

What I did was get another a 3rd ps3 3.41 install patch from cd use data transfer 3.41 to 3.41 to broken eye ps3 and there u will have the .pkg installed like from u had used the cd hope it had helped

not an option for me unfortunately...
