Sure, OK, you could've done it when it wasn't really released and only 1 or 2 knew how to do it, but now you're just making money out something that someone else found out and has shared for no profit, whatsoever!

Well here's a few reasons why people like me do that.
1) Some people don't understand the process
2) They can't be bothered.

But still, it's seems unfair that you are making money from something that someone has shared without charging...

i see your point, but its peopel choice whether they larn how to do it or pay someone to do it for them. think of it like a plumber.

he gets paid to fix peoples pipes ect. people could easily find out how to do it them selves but its more convenient for them to hire him

It's kinda like the prestige hack bro. It was publicly released, there were numerous easy to follow tutorials and tools to do it and yet people still paid due to laziness or been unable to do it due to one reason or another. As long as people are willing to pay the threads will inevitability and unfortunately continue
