You can do this with EliteMossys patch, just switch it to Private Match: Off and end game and then u go to a hacked public match...not hard really

Those just infections dude, sometime i hosting lobbies in public with EliteMossys patch and just me VIP and godmode (Host Power LOL) but the problem is everyone can get infections after the game xD
