Giving back to NGU, cause some of you can't do anything yourselfs. :derp:

Now, Take your patch_mp.ff and make a folder called anything
I will be making my folder called "Biz" cause it's just that original
So Right click > New > New Folder > Biz.
Drag and Drop the patch, i'll be using GIZMO-95, shout out to him!
Now, Press the button next to the CTRL button + The "R" button It'll open "Run" > Now type "cmd" It should open the Command Prompt.
In the CMD.exe You should see

    C:\Users\"ComputerNAME"

Now type

    cd desktop/"FOLDERNAME"....... cd desktop/Biz

Now the desktop should say "C:\Users\"CompName"/"FolderName"

Now you SHOULD already have "Offzip and Packzip" already in there.

     offzip -a -z -15 patch_mp.ff ./ 0 

Now at the end of the CMD it shall say "22 Valid ZLIB Blocks!

Now go to your folder and keep these files:

             0000b4a0.dat

               00014f51.dat

              Offzip

              Packzip

Now Open up 0000b4a0.dat in Hex search the offsets [Control + E]

     Offset: D7D2

End Offset: FFFF

It should have highlighted a bunch of stuff, that stuff is half of the missions. Press Control + C or Right click > Copy . Then Control + N or File > New.
Now paste it in there.
Now take the 00014f51 and open it up in HexEdit.
Open 00014f51 In hex press [Control + E]
and go down to length >

     61D 

now copy that, or CTRL + C and go to the Untitled1 and Paste it in there. Now Press CTRL + S or File > Save as _Missions_comp.gsc
Now Boom, go to your "Folder" "Biz" and you should see "_Missions_comp.gsc" Now open you CMD up again and type in

     This is to Decompress the Missions so you can Edit it!

offzip -a -z -15 _missions_comp.gsc ./ 0

and, YOUR done! Check in and you'll find more TuT's and other cool stuff.

Pretty pointless when Alabama's shows like 3x more detail and actually goes into modding the missions, events or dd gsc files

It says "HOW TO EDIT A PATCH_MP.FF i showed alabama how to do most of the stuff Ill make my own, with video and stuff.

Lol wtf theres like 3 of these already...not needed at all.

not every patch that u decompress will give you

00014f51.dat

If you don't get those files, PM me i'll tell you how to get them

no shit... its not that hard. Plus this is the first part. if you gave half this to alabama then you wouldn't need to post this as there are 2 posts of this already
